    Activities in Need
    Activities most in need of Volunteers:

    Teaching 2nd Class students various aspects of Drama and Performance.

    Twice a week we head down to SSS (located behind St.James’ Hospital) to bake and play sports with a group of young boys.

    Refugee Center

    Thursday, 18:45 - 20:30.

    “Ireland of the welcomes” can be harsh to those who come over as refugees or asylum seekers. Many are brushed to the side, treated as a nuisance, and left with a lot of empty time and no way to fill it. 

    This activity is a visit to a refugee centre on Gardner Street.  We talk with the residents, play board games or just sit with them and watch TV.  Everyone’s story is different – some people may need a listening ear, while others are happier to hear yours.  Come along and make a difference in someone’s day.
