Scoil San Seamus

Tuesdays and Fridays, 15:00 - 17:30. 

Scoil San Seamus (or SSS as it’s affectionately known) is an after school club that runs twice a week. The school is located behind the grounds of St. James’s hospital so is in an ideal location for students who have lectures in James’s. It is only a ten/fifteen minute bus/luas journey from Trinity so is handy for those based on campus as well!

So what do we do in SSS??

On Tuesdays, we firstly help the boys with their Homework and then we bake up a storm in the kitchen! We use simple, easy to follow recipes so you don’t have to be the next Nigella Lawson to get involved! :D As some of the boys don’t bake we also play games like dodge ball and chasing!

On Fridays the boys don’t have homework so it’s FUN from the word go...we hold quizzes, play team games and play sports! We’re hoping to place more of an emphasis on sports this term so if you have an interest in any sport let me know and we can arrange to run an activity with the boys! They are a great bunch, always full of energy and enthusiasm!

So remember, you don’t have to be a brilliant baker or the next Torres to get involved in Scoil San Seamus, all you need is enthusiasm and willingness to have fun!
